DELIVERY 

  • Orders are shipped from our studio in Sydney
  • Australian Deliveries Please Allow Approx 10 days for delivery
  • USA & Canada Deliveries Please Allow Allow Approx 12 days for delivery 

RETURNS & REFUNDS 

WE PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR ALL RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a refund. Please read the following  to ensure your return is processed smoothly & quickly for you. All returns are provisioned a refund upon siting garment & that it meets all conditions as stated below.

Return Conditions

  • All Returns will processed with a REFUND upon approval of the return.

  • Returns must be lodged within 14 business days of the delivery receipt.

  • To Make a Return please email info@lennarose.com with your name & order number - we will then send you a returns label

  • A $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with original tags attached, no signs of wear, no damage, and no soiling.

  • We are unable to accept returns that do not meet these conditions or that are not lodged through our Returns Portal.

  • Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method (minus the return shipping fee).

  • Upon approval of refund, the sum refunded should take between 1 - 3 business days to appear back on the original payment method as a refund

  • Please note that the cost of the return will be subtracted from the customers final refund, where the cost of returning parcel delivery fee is $12.00 AUD
