Yes. We partner with small, family-run artisan workshops that ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and responsible production practices. Our packaging is recyclable or compostable, and we continuously strive to reduce environmental impact.

All Lenna Rose designs are created in Sydney, Australia. Most garments are hand-finished by skilled artisans in India, who specialise in premium silk and linen craftsmanship. This partnership allows for exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Hand-wash in cold water using a mild detergent or have your piece professionally dry-cleaned. Avoid wringing or tumble drying. Instead, lay flat or hang in the shade to preserve the fabric’s shape and lustre.

All orders are packed and dispatched from our Sydney studio. On occasion, due to the popularity of some items, select pieces may ship directly from our warehouse in Delhi, India. This ensures faster service and reduced delays. Every order includes tracking information emailed to you at the time of dispatch.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders are typically shipped from Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import tariffs, or taxes applicable in the country of delivery. We offer full refunds for returns actioned within 14 days of receiving your item, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

A $12 return delivery fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.
