Yes. We partner with small, family-run artisan workshops that ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and responsible production practices.

Where are your collections designed and made?
All Lenna Rose designs are created in Sydney, Australia. Most garments are hand-finished by skilled artisans in India,
who specialise in premium silk and linen craftsmanship. This partnership allows for exceptional quality and attention to detail.
How should I care for my Lenna Rose garment?
Hand-wash in cold water using a mild detergent or have your piece professionally dry-cleaned.
Avoid wringing or tumble drying. Instead, lay flat or hang in the shade to preserve the fabric’s shape and lustre.
Where do you ship from? Will I get tracking?
All orders are packed and dispatched from our Sydney studio. On occasion, due to the popularity of some items,
select pieces may ship directly from our warehouse in Delhi, India. This ensures faster service and reduced delays.
Every order includes tracking information emailed to you at the time of dispatch.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times (Australia)?
• Free standard shipping on Australian orders of $200 AUD or more.
• A $12 AUD delivery fee applies to orders under $200 AUD.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders are typically shipped from Australia.

applicable in the country of delivery. These fees vary by country and are not included in your purchase price.
What is your returns & refund policy?
We offer full refunds for returns actioned within 14 days of receiving your item, provided the item is unworn,
unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
A $12 return delivery fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.
